What happens if I forget my password?
No problem, you just click on Login and choose the option “Ask new password”. You’ll receive and email with the link to create a new password for your account.
In which way Nonogiorno uses my personal data ?
Nonogiorno srl uses the personal data provided deliberately by users in complying to current regulations (Article 13 et seq. Legislative Decree 196/2003). To exercise the right of article 7 Privacy Code users can contact or write to: Nonogiorno srl – Viale dell’industria 8/B – Curtarolo – 35010 – Padova.
How can I place an order on Nonogiorno.com?
It’s an easy process: select the desired item, add it to cart and click on “Check out”.You’ll be asked to enter the invoicing and shipping address. If you have a Nonogiorno promo code, you’ll be able to use it at this point. Once the invoicing and shipping information form is filled, you’ll be able to complete the order with the payment. You can choose the method of payment and proceed to purchase. After accepting the terms and conditions you’ll be able to confirm the order. At this point you’ll receive an email from Nonogiorno as confirmation.
Where can I track the status of my order ?
Registered customers will be able to track the status of all orders placed from their personal account.
Guests can check the status of the order by filling in a special form.
Customers can receive information about the order by sending an email to customer@nonogiorno.com, indicating name, surname used when the order was placed and the order number.
Which methods of payment are available?
All payments on www.nonogiorno.com are secure and safe. Either you prefer to pay with Paypal or you decide to pay with credit card (without additional cost) or with bank transfer your personal data are processed via encrypted protocol, without any third party interference.
I don’t like to use my credit card in internet. Can I pay with a different method?
Yes. If you don’t have a credit card, or you prefer not to use it, we accept also payment with PayPal and by bank transfer.
How long will it take to have my order delivered?
Delivery times depend on the product availability and on the type of item ordered.
Available items are shipped in 3 days from order date.
Nonogiorno s.r.l. reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond control. Please note that there may be delays during promotions and sales periods.

Orders are exempt VAT (Value Added Tax) but are subject to import fees. Payment of these import fees is the sole responsibility of the Client.
As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports ALL NONOGIORNO orders are shipped out of Padova - Italy WITH AN OFFICIAL INVOICE declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Euro.

What shall I do when I receive the order?
Upon delivery of every order, customers are asked to inspect the box carefully before signing for the delivery. If the packaging looks to be damaged, customers are asked to sign with reservation or refuse the delivery. If the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or the packaging is damaged, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact Nonogiorno at customer@nonogiorno.com. If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client's address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations), the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client's expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

3. Return policy
When can I ask for the return of the product and the refund?
The End-customer (person or persons not buying products for their own trade, business or profession) can ask for goods return and cancel the contract for any reason. Customers must send a return request to Nonogiorno s.r.l within 10 working days from receipt of delivery of the goods and fill in the authorization form sent by Nonogiorno s.r.l.
Return requests may be sent from the website using the request system (registered users have to login into their personal account, guest users have to fill in the order form), or by sending an e-mail to customer@nonogiorno.com.

Goods return terms:
- The product must return undamaged with its original package and all its parts (including packaging, documents and accessories);
- To avoid damage to the original packaging we recommend to use a second box. (the application of labels or tape on the original packaging of the product is forbidden);
- Shipping is at customer’s charge;
- Shipping is at customer’s responsibility until arrival of the product at our warehouse.
How will I be refund?
Excluding any repair costs for assessed damages to the original packing, Nonogiorno s.r.l will refund customers by bank transfer of the full amount paid. Customers will promptly provide their bank details (IBAN).
4. Nonogiorno’s quality
How can I clean the methacrylate products?
The following are the detailed care and cleaning instructions for methacrylate:
Clean methacrylate with a damp cloth, soaked with cold or lukewarm water with a slight addition of household detergent.
After cleaning dry methacrylate with a slightly damp buff, avoiding to dry-rub and scratch the surface.
In case of electrostatic charge, remove it with an antistatic spray.
We recommend to avoid:
- The use of products containing denaturated ethyl alcohol, solvents, benzene, trichloroethylene;
- The contact with cigarettes and electrical resistances (each methacrylate item has an excellent heat resistance, however it can be altered by incandescent materials);
- The contact with abrasive materials such as harsh clothes, dry or dusty clothes, sand, ash, crystal.
